Just start using the supplement and I like it. It didn’t give me the initial headache as when I took the previous B vitamins. My energy level is better too.

I feel amazing! When I bought this I read another review saying they actually feel the benefits of B vitamins and that reviewer is very right. I’ve taken different b vitamins, different forms and this product is the only one that I’ve actually felt benefit from. My mood is great, my energy level has improved and I will continue using this product. Highly recommend- and it’s not super expensive either!

B vitamins always gave me issues. I never knew why. I found out I’m sensitive to methyl’s. Partially methyl folate. Made me anxious, angry, and overstimulated. Synthetic versions block absorption also. My mood, anxiety, and energy improved after taking for a month or so. I take it every other day now as needed. My friend was able to get off her antidepressant after taking this also. I am not getting paid for this. It’s very real. The right forms of b’s makes the difference. I am grateful I am getting my body what it needs after 36 years of struggling and depletion.
