Ive been using other Nordic Naturals products for years as they produce high quality supplements and purified omega 3s. I have noticed improved memory with the Cognition, even though I’ve only taken 1/2 the recommended dose for the past several months. I will continue using it. Price on the Nordic Naturals store on Amazon is typically less than I find direct through the company even with a discount.

It took 30 days, but I do feel it's helped my memory for sure. I forget less now than before.

I have not taken it long enough to see the memory boosting effects of Bacopa (if that will happen for me), but I have seen huge changes just in the few weeks I’ve taken it. My mind is so much more calmer than it used to be. I do not fidget and get as easily distracted as I did before. Combining the lion’s mane with the Bacopa is a great idea and the price is very good for what you’re getting! I also trust the quality of Nordic Naturals.
