I drink this before workouts that include cardio and weightlifting, and feel great afterwards. Have no sore muscles and don't feel tired. I do exercise 4-5 times a week, so I am used to it, but the drink makes the recovery so much easier and quicker.

found this at sprouts initially, but ultimately have been reordering on amazon as the price is better and delivery is convenient. you def get the tingles but when i pair with creatine my workouts are AMAZING. high cal burn, heart is getting into the fat burn zone, and i recover quickly. def recommend.

I really like this pre-workout. The taste is ok. But after 30 minutes I feel the energy kick in at the gym. I notice my workouts are kicked up a notch.

good clean energy without feeling jittery (this is something that is hard to find with a pre workout supplement, most will make you feel extra jittery or you get a big niacin flush (that skin crawling feeling)) I haven't had this happen much with this supplement. I am only 115lbs and take the recommended dosage and I just get a light niacin flush but a lot of focus and energy to power through my high demand workouts.
