I’ve been using this charcoal supplement for a few weeks now. Tbh, wasn’t expecting much, but my gut actually feels a lot cleaner. I used to get bloated and uncomfortable, but that’s really improved. It's easy to take, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my overall health. A tip: take it between meals or when you feel digestive discomfort coming on to help adsorb unwanted substances. Definitely worth a try if you're dealing with similar issues.
