I have this on subscribe and save so that I never run out of this protein, it's the best i've found. Whey protein gives me indigestion, but this protein is super easy on the stomach. It blends well with Smoothies and Oatmeal or whatever you put it with. I have seen results adding muscle by using this protein after workouts.

After finding out from my doctor that I needed to cut out sugar and add protein to my diet I tried a lot of protein powders. A lot of not dissolving, awfully gritty, terrible aftertaste protein powders.
THIS protein powder is NOT any of this things!
I use it every morning in my breakfast smoothie, dissolves completely, there is NO gritty feel, tastes great, no yucky aftertaste. It makes me full for hours.

I actually love the taste. I mix mine with regular soy, or vanilla soy. I can't have much milk, so soy is my favorite option.
