Having been using these about 3 months. they were suggested by my eye doctor. He can see an improvement in the condition of my eyes.

My eyes were experiencing a lot of dryness and tiredness, but after 30+ days of these gels, I can definitely say that both of those problems have decreased. I still have occasional issues, but much less frequent. And no side effects that I can tell.

If you have any type of persistent dry eye problem these are amazing. After consistent use for a couple months I can definitely feel a difference. Well worth the money!
