Love this supplement! Makes me feel great! It is an excellent omega-3 source! The quality is top-notch, with high levels of EPA and DHA that are crucial for heart, brain, and overall health. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being since incorporating it into my routine. The soft gels are easy to swallow and don’t leave a fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus.

Eye doctor prescribed for dry eyes. They seem to be helping. Slight lemon flavor but no fishy taste.

Saved my Life..... helped me keep my left main descending artery clean as a whistle!!! Currently having had two stents and another angio done on this vessel .... this made a difference I'm sure! I had another stent placed in another 90% blocked artery and when the dr went in to place the stent planned on cleaning out my LMD vessel, to his surprise the vessel was clean as ever! He said to me " I don't know what you are doing but keep it up, you were clean and I really thought I was gonna have to clean it up again!!"

I have always taken an Omega-3 but switched to Nordic Naturals ProOmega because of the amount of Omega-3 it has. Although the capsule is quite large, it is actually easy to swallow. I am taking it for my joint and eye health and immune support. I have severe dry eye. I haven't taken it long enough to evaluate it for joint health yet - but I am noticing an improvement in my dry eye and a lovely improvement to my skin. I am over 70 and my skin has a sort of "glow" to it. This seems to have developed after going on the ProOmega. As others have reported, there is no fishy taste or fish burps after taking. All in all a great supplement.

I take 6 a day and the effect it has on my mood and ADD has been impressive. I try not to miss a day of a high dose as after a week of not taking my normal foggy brain sets back in. It took me about a month to notice a positive difference, and a week off to know that every day is drastically better with a high dose of fish oil. I mentioned the difference noticed in my week off to my doctor and she recommended I take daily- even increased what I had been taken (from 3-4 to 6 pills) citing studies done on depression and Omega3/Fish oil. This brand was specifically recommend by 3 doctors, so I won't divert. Started gifting to family for the holidays... A great product.
