I have tried several other fish oils but could never tolerate the continuous burping and taste of the fish oil . My natural path recommended I give these a try , and also told me to store them in the freezer . I have been taking them for about 8 months now and only occasionally will have a small burp or two , but the good news is its not fishy !

I told him the only thing that is different is I’m taking fish oil every other day after dinner. My HDL which is the (good cholesterol so to speak ) has gone up 25 points! That is very good news because the ratio between your LDL and HDL is very important. The soft gels are easy to swallow, great quality , manufactured by a trust worthy company and full of omega 3’s . I will never switch brands 👍
