It's helped keeping my vitals in line.

My ophthalmologist suggested to use this product to help with some issues with my eyes. It definitely helps, I've noticed this in two weeks. Before that at least for a year I was using a different brand in form of gel pills and it didn't notice any improvement.

This stuff is amazing! Helps with muscle soreness! I’ll take this after a workout and the next day soreness is cut in half! Haven’t used long enough to see other benefits, but highly recommend!

My 6 year old was recently diagnosed with ADHD and his doctor suggested trying fish oil since I didn't want to put him on medication just yet. I eventually settled on this product due to the high dosage of omega 3s and the comments that even picky children found it tasty.
In regards to ADHD, I read elsewhere it might take 2-3 weeks before I notice any difference in behavior. It's been 1 week and I swear it's already helping in some minor ways. For example, ever since he started taking it I think i've had to ask him to stop screeching at the top of his lungs maybe once or twice, whereas before it was multiple times a day. He still "screams" but he does it QUIETLY, which is so crazy to me, it's like he now has the ability to limit his volume instead of always going 0 to 100. I'm trying not to fall for any placebo effects but that sort of thing is definitely something you notice, you know?

I bought this to begin an omega-3 regular intake. I didn't want to start off with too high of a dose so this amount served me perfectly. I read all the reviews and took note of the remarks about good taste. Man, they aren't kidding at all. This stuff is absolutely delicious! I couldn't wait to take it in the morning. So, so good. As far as its function, I noticed my eye dryness improve, my dry skin improve and my overall mood improve. This is really good stuff.
