I don't like taking pills so this is perfect for me. It also tastes good. No stomach issues when taking with food as it suggested.

I really enjoy using this product. It tastes great, and I like the fact that it's both zinc and quercetin in one product as opposed to me keeping two separate bottles of each supplement in my cabinet. Okay, so you have to refrigerate this once it's open but for me that's worth it. It's kind of a nice little treat and I'm getting nutrients that I need to stay healthy.

As far as effectiveness, I feel it does help. I work in a preschool so illness can spread pretty quick. There's been a few instances where others have caught the cold that was going around and I did not.
