I have been reading about Ashwaganda for years without trying it. I have an under active thyroid and get to feeling fatigued a lot and have tried various things to help get over that part of the disease. Ashwaganda is an adaptogenic herb-it can adapt itself to help whatever part of the body needs the most help. I had not tried it before and was eager to get some relief from the fatigue. I ordered these and have been taking them for about 2 weeks and can honestly say I believe they are helping. I am not as tired when I wake up in the mornings and I seem to have more energy during the day than I had before taking these. That may be in part because since starting these I seem to be sleeping better.

They are easy to take as they are little gummies that taste a bit gingery. I know they are passion fruit orange flavor but they still taste like ginger to me. They are organic and have some added vitamin D. I am going to continue taking these as I do believe they help. I would recommend to others.
