This is a product I can recommend. I've used it for years. I use it when stress rises, for foggy brain and to regulate my sleep.

I have been taking this magnesium for over a year now and am very pleased with it. I highly recommend! It’s more costly than other magnesiums but I feel worth the cost based on it’s ingredients especially L-threonate. I feel calmer, better rested and less anxious since taking it. I take it at night before bed. I originally started taking this through my Dr’s office.
