I've been using Mitopure powder and the capsules for the last few years and absolutely love them because of the way they make me feel, the way the powder tastes and the quality of the product.

Mixes well with water and a milk frother. It took about 3 weeks to notice some changes but I’m waking up more alert, my workouts are less taxing and my recovery time is amazing! Something’s are worth investing into your body and this is definitely one of them. Definitely recommend this brand.

I felt a noticeable boost in energy on the very first day on 500mg. For the first week, the improvement continued—I’d estimate around a 35% increase in energy. After that, the daily effect became less obvious, but I kept taking it. Now, a month in, I can honestly say that both my overall energy and sleep have improved.

I wasn’t so sure this was worth the price however after almost a month I can say for me, yes. I have so much more energy, I just feel good.

Whilst research into this compound is still in its early days there has been promising evidence to show its positive effect on muscle strength & endurance and exercise performance especially in older people plus anti-aging properties including brain health.
