I�ve been taking this for a few weeks now and I can feel a difference in my joints. The stiffness I used to get after workouts isn�t as bad, and I notice I recover faster. It feels good knowing it�s also giving me antioxidant support.

I usually drink turmeric tea but I run out so quick. I am glade that I found these as an alternative. It does not upset my stomach and the ingredients are organic. I feel like I feel the effects better than when I drink it in tea form. Not to add it was a good price
