I read lots of articles on NAD+ prior to trying it and was skeptical. But, what a difference! I use this when I start my day. I don’t notice a huge spike in energy, I’m a very active person to begin with. But, I am focused and my energy levels are consistent throughout the whole day. At the end of the day, I am ready and able to sleep.

I’ve been using the NAD nasal spray every morning for about two months now (2 sprays as part of my daily supplement routine), and I’ve had a really positive experience. It’s easy to use, consistent, and fits perfectly into my morning stack… I’ve noticed better mental clarity, steadier energy throughout the day, and overall I just feel more dialed-in. No irritation or side effects for me.
