I've been taking these for a while now, at least 6 months. I made the mistake of not re-ordering in time and BOY!! Not letting that happen again! These are great. They're sneaky. When I started taking them, I couldn't really tell a difference at first. I'd say it took a week or two. I just felt a bit more chipper, a bit more relaxed, a bit more cheerful... it was gradual. 6 months in and I had to be without for a few days. I could TOTALLY tell.
