Excellent skin care supplement

I've used this product for about 6 months now and have seen great improvements in my acne. I started taking 3 capsules 2x a day. I think the bottle says you can do 3 capsules 3x a day but, it wasn't convenient for me to take them midday. Since then I've tapered down to 2 capsules 2x a day and my skin is holding steady. I have hormonal acne so big angry blemishes on my lower chin and neck area. It's much more under control now than it was at the beginning of the year. This isn't the only acne product I use, of course, but it's the only new thing I've added to my routine this year. I am a believer and will continue to buy this product!

This works!

I have been struggling with cystic acne for the last several months for the first time in my life. I believe I'm premenopausal and hormones have been off.
