I was skeptical but, after reading the reviews I thought I would give it a shot. I wish I would have discovered this a couple years ago. I am 51 and every month the first couple of days have been worse than when I was 16! I took a dose in the morning and one in the afternoon on the second day and I noticed DRASTIC improvement. This will be a staple in my medicine cabinet until I no longer have to deal with it anymore.
