Both, wife and I agree this stuff is great. No way to measure it but we both think it helps with what it advertises. We take a lot of vitamins and have noticed a difference with this.

My Holistic Dr recommended this vitamin to me. I have always been interested in taking a high quality vitamin that I can trust to help boost mitochondria health. I have a lot of inflammation in my body and I feel hopeful this supplement will be the key! I am already noticing more energy and less brain fog. Started using this a month ago and it’s been wonderful. I did 4 sprays initially for the first two weeks - 2 in the morning and 2 before dinner. After two weeks I went down to just 2 before dinner and it has helped immensely with my bloating. It doesnt happen overnight and it’s not a fix for all , but eventually it starts to kick in and you will start to see results. It’s been a wonderful addition to my routine!
