I love this product. I've done a lot of research on how important trace minerals are for our diet and I've tried a few different ones and I'm very happy with this one. Not often can you tell if a new supplement is working, especially if you are taking others. I noticed the first day that I had more energy and felt brighter.

This stuff works so well I almost don't believe it. But I hadn't felt good in weeks and the first day I used it I felt GREAT. And crazily that has continued. I can't believe it. It gives me markedly more energy. I started giving to my daughter and she is noticing the same thing!

I purchased this product because I was having lower gastro intestinal problems with severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I truthfully think this is a great product. When I first started using it I definitely felt a energy boost that wasn't jittery. I've tried a few Fulvic/Humic Mineral supplements in the past but this one gave me the most noticeable difference. I like to use it in the morning instead of coffee as it definitely gives me a boost of energy. My focus just seems a little better too-- especially around lunchtime when I normally would get that "caffeine crash".
