Use it every day

I have good results with this product. My hair is very thick, skin is pretty good, my knees don't hurt, my nails are strong, and my mind is pretty good. I'm 72 and I work full time.

Definitely works

I just finished my first bottle of this and I have noticed a lot of improvements to my health. My joints are no longer achy, my skin is "glowing", my face looks younger, and my keratosis pilaris (red bumps on arms) has practically gone away! This mixes easily into hot coffee, although occasionally I'd have a clump that got gummy before I could mix it in.

I didn't know collagen could be a creamer!

They said it was good for your hair and your nails and they weren't kidding. I have to say my hair grew so fast... It was midway down my back. Which might sound like a good thing to most people but I am 67, had fallen and dislocated my left shoulder. Guess what? I could not use both arms to twist my hair into a bun because it was hot out... I also couldn't wash the massive amounts of hair. Someone had to wash my hair for me and I decided to cut it off. Oh my nails.... I don't like long nails... I have to cut them at least weekly.
