I love all the Host Defense mushroom products, and this should be no different. Nutrition, immune defense and energy. I usually take a teaspoon of this with my matcha tea in the morning.

I love this one. It doesn't have as many different varieties of mushrooms as some of their other products, but these two mushrooms really pack a healthy punch. Great for so many things, immunity, energy, and just general well-being. I like to add this one to my coffee, to hot chocolate (now it's medicine!), and to smoothies. Mixes well, and doesn't really add any taste.

I put a quarter teaspoon of CordyChi in some water and had great energy the entire day. I’ve also used it in a smoothie and it has a nice taste. I had been tired and taking afternoon naps, but not when using this powder. I’m very impressed by the Host Defense products; they are super high-quality and provide benefits that I’m seeking.

I'm a big fan of mushrooms and mushroom products, and also passionate about natural health remedies. I learned of cordyceps originally from drinking mushroom coffee, and have found energy benefits from drinking it. I thought to get this hoping for similar results and taking it with breakfast shakes. I started this morning and felt noticeable benefits in increased energy levels and hopefully stronger immunity.
