This fish oil has no fishy taste which is definitely a plus. I had a painful lump on my hand due to inflammation. Within two weeks of taking this fish oil, along with Tumeric with Curcumin it was gone. I no longer have painful joints in my hands which I had suffered with for many years.

I had constant pain in my left hand for months. An x-ray showed no arthritis, so I wasn’t sure what to do. My son suggested trying this. I take two of these in the morning and two in the evening to help treat my dry eyes. For years, I used to wake up in the middle of the night with my eyelids stuck to my corneas (Ow!) and it was painful and frightening. But after a few months of taking these, I found that it never happens anymore (cutting out gluten appears to have helped even more, but the fish oil definitely improved my condition as well before then). This brand is also pretty affordable for the quality, which helps when you take as many vitamins and supplements as I do. Consistency of use was key for my eyes and I take these daily. I'd rather take pills for the rest of my life than stick expensive eye goop in my eyes every night before bed like my eye doctor told me to. :)

I started taking Barlean's Fish Oil supplement because I was having tightness and pain in my hips and knees after I started weight training. It wasn't an "injury" type of pain, but felt just like the tendonitis I had in my ankles when I was a kid. I have been taking 2 per day for about 3 months now, and my hips and knees feel fine. I've also continued stretching and foam rolling. I don't think there's any such thing as a "cure all", but I think this definitely helped in the healing process, and I didn't have to stop lifting.
