Great for energy

I love this Ginkgo ginseng combo supplement. It helps greatly with my energy especially if I haven't had the right amount of sleep at night. It's like drinking a cup of coffee only without the jitters. A mild stimulant in my opinion just makes me feel awake! The capsule is a little large for my liking and if I drink enough water I can swallow it easily virtually has no taste or smell.

These capsules have a definite herb taste as soon as you put them in your mouth, but they are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I haven't noticed if they are helping my memory or not, but it will probably take some time if they are going to work.
