I take these daily now to boost my immune system. Feel like they give me some energy too. Have also noticed a lot of hair growth and as a menopausal woman, I am happy about that. Nothing else has changed so I attribute it to these.

I just started taking this over a year ago and I noticed that I never been really sick for the past year. I had some sniffles and some scratchy throat but never had my usual runny nose, sore throat, and feeling lousy to the point I am miserable for a couple of days. I get sick when my four year old daughter gets sick very consistently, but surprise surprise I haven't gotten anything from her this year and my wife has notice that also. In less than a week I have felt a massive energy surge, increase in positive thoughts/mood, and boost of cognitive function. That energy boost is nearly as much as I have had with pre-workout energy mixes, just without the crash in my experience.
