I began a restoration of my GI tract and my doctor recommended this dose for at least 1 month to repopulate my GI with good guys! It worked and then I was able to go down to the 30 billion dose for maintenance. This has been a real life saver for me!! If you have GI issues this is the one to go with initially. The price tag freaked me out a bit, but buying all the other brands that I did before buying this, was like throwing money away because they were not high enough quality or dose to fix the problem.

I love this product. In fact, it was recommended by my family doctor, who also practices alternative medicine and is an anti-aging specialist. I have looked at virtually every other pro-biotic product on the market and this seems to be the highest quality.
