This Omega 3 is amazing! It is nothing like the omega 3 you would expect. It taste good and has NO fish taste or smell. Also NO fish burps!!!! That is a huge plus. It literally taste like a treat. I have also noticed a difference in my joint pain. When I take this I do not dread doing so. If you are considering trying this product I can tell you...YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

My son has ADHD so I wanted to start him on a fish oil supplement. He cannot swallow those giant capsules yet since he is only 7 years old so I had to find a liquid version. I can say that his teacher noticed a difference in his behavior after he had been taking it for about a week so I will keep up with him taking it. I've been using this product for several years now and I love it. I've tried many others and nothing compares. I despise all seafood, so I knew I needed a supplement for omega-3, DHA/EPA. I truly can't believe how delicious it tastes, ZERO fishy-ness at all. I take it by itself or throw it in my smoothie sometimes. I'm confident this supplement has further improved my bloodwork. I am sure there are many cognitive benefits, but as a cross country long distance runner, this stuff helps knee pain. I've been taking this for years and I have no joint pain anywhere. When I don't take it for a month or two pain occurs sometimes after long runs. I also make my wife take this daily for her back issues...it completely cured her arthritis.
