For my health it gives me energy and makes me feel better when I am feeling low in energy and helps my breathing.

I have battled high cholesterol just about my whole life. As a fitness instructor that also follows a paleo/keto diet, having high cholesterol is so frustrating. I bought this mainly for blood pressure management based on the positive reviews regarding the matter. I was a little skeptical, but after a week and a half of taking this daily, I am convinced that it works.
1. I was taking a popular BP med but noticed in April/May that it no longer does what it's supposed to do. My BP was constantly high hovering in the 150s over 100s. At one point it was 180/105 – with medication.
2. My BP has stabilized to normal levels and I'm more than ecstatic to see this. I honestly am surprised that it worked that quickly. I'm still taking my original BP meds but only every 2-3 days and will eventually eliminate it once I prove that I don't need it.
