Here's where we work together one-on-one for 90 minutes to pull everything together! During this time we'll take a deep dive into your blood work lab results, potential root causes of any health issues you are dealing with, health tracking technology, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, & supplements. At the end of this call you will have both all the tools you need as well as a solid game plan to work towards feeling 10, 15, or maybe even 20 years younger within the next 90 days! This 90 minute holistic health coaching appointment is included in your Healthspan Plan. You will also get two 20 minute check-ins, one during month 2 and one during month 3 to make sure you are on track with everything and answer any questions you may have.
