I sleep so much better on this than any over the counter sleep medication. It helps me fall asleep fast and I stay asleep longer.

Has helped keep my vestibular migraines at bay. It has helped with muscle cramps, and relaxes me before bed. I take 4 before bed. I used to get some heart palpitations, and those are gone as well. Highly recommend this.

Oh my goodness. I really had no idea these would work so well. I have been suffering from hip pain and ankle pain for the past 6-8months. A friend of mine was saying he was going to start taking them for his aches and pains so I thought I would start taking some as well to see if it works. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. There are other brands out there but these ones, by far are cheaper when you compare how many you get vs how many you have to take and the MG of each pill. I know you won’t be disappointed
