my brother diagnosed with need for cataract surgery upped his daily dose astaxathin from 4 mg to 12 mg - 3 mo later the fog completely gone and no need for surgery now.

it's subjective, but I think this astaxanthin product is helping my skin look more like it used to. seems to "erase" some fine lines around eyes & face feels more velvety (skin's surface as opposed to actual wrinkles). I'm fifty & have had a lot of sunburns in the first two decades of life.
also: reduces the rough & thick skin buildup on elbows, knees and heels!!!
would very much recommend this supplement.

So far so goooood! I've only been taking it for a couple weeks now and I overall feel pretty good about it. The two definite changes I've noticed are:
*A clearing of my facial complexion.
*Also, and the best benefit I've received thus far is my visual acuity in my right eye which was recently injured and is why I'm taking this product, has already improved. Not dramatically, but noticeably. I look forward to the continued healing process of my stigmatized right eye caused by a minor injury in the recent past.

This product helped me with my dermatitis problem. Also faded as magically, stains that are kindled by the sun or light from the lamps in the office. In addition to giving me more energy and reducing the pain of a knee. Ah, the varices also cleared up quite a bit.

I have glaucoma and think this is helping me keep it from getting worse.
