I use these for intestinal motility- I have a few autoimmune conditions and these are so gentle, they do not have any taste or smell (some capsules can have oder or taste- these don't) I struggled for a long time and then I took these once and I'm hooked! I try to use natural things and this is as good as I have ever tried.
