When you have any tummy issues this is a great product. No flavor. I take it dry. Feels like sand but has no taste. Easy to swallow. Works within 10-15 minutes. Best stomach product I have ever used.

I have had chronic inconsistent bowels, and am a poor methylator with a long history of antibiotic use and exposure to other toxins. I fully believe I need a high quality binder to help detox decades of issues, and have found this product to be remarkable. My bowels improved significantly (consistency, regularity, appearance), which is better than they have been in years. Started taking this as I've been dealing with long covid and black mold exposure. I went the "low and slow" route you are supposed to do when using binders like this, only taking 1/4 of the dose. Didn't notice anything after a few days so decided to up to 1/2 the recommended dose. Let's just say I spent a day and a half of relieving myself as it pulled everything out (including the bile). I've felt much more clear-headed and more energetic than I have in a really, really long time.
