I like to take a variety of probiotic supplements as a maintenance to keep the body healthy. , I rotate between 3-4 different ones within the week. This Xymogen ProbioMaxis made in the USA. This probiotics is in standard capsule size and form, very easy to swallow. Expiry date is about 17 months from receiving the item.

I am not an expert on probiotics but have immune system issues. Thus I have searched with interest for a best probiotic to help my gut. I was excited to see that Bifobacterium lactis HN019 is part of it. I find when I take a good probiotic then bowels work better. Some have caused me to have upset but not this one. I like the individual packaging to keep each one fresh. The cost is a bit hard to handle but quality does cost. If the results continue to be good then I will continue past my 60 day supply. I am pleased so far.
