I take this product 3 times a day for heavy metal chelation. It's awesome! Works very well. Alpha lipoic acid is the only chelator that crosses the blood brain barrier and I noticed the most my brain fog lifting and an increased mental clarity. This product isn't for everyone due to the high doses but it really has worked well for me.
