I've only used this product for two weeks or so, but so far it seems effective. I was experiencing some discomfort in the area of my liver, and the discomfort has not returned since I started taking this product. The dosage is four (4) pumps held in the mouth for 30 secs then swallow, take as often as needed or recommended by your physician. I've been taking only 4 pumps every night before going to bed and I'm pleased with the results.

This solved my occasional constipation issues before I found the right balance of exercise and magnesium such that I rarely need it anymore. A little practice taught me how many pumps to take at night for a “successful morning.” I can vary them easily to achieve a Goldilocks dosage.

I have been taking Milk Thistle for my liver health for a while. I came accross Quicksilvet nanoemulsified products on recommendation from my brother, who uses the Hemp Oil to help him sleep. i decided to try the Milk Thistle and am glad I did because it is more effective than capsules. Although I have not yet had blood work to confirm results, my sense of touch and feelings of improved wellbeing tell me that my fatty liver is improving. I would recommend this product and will personally buy it again.
