I started taking these 3 months ago and let me tell you something everything about my body has changed in a good way!! A good friend of mine told me about these and I laughed. I haven’t taken a multivitamin sense my old gym rat days. I’m already a hyper person in for my age in my opinion pretty good shape, but at 47 yrs old this is what I was missing. In the 3 months I’ve been taking these my energy is through the roof, sex drive is even more on point and here the kicker !!! My gray hairs or starting to turn back black!! Who cares about the price and how big they are, the facts are they work!!

Super good vitamins. I just got a blood test and my blood is perfect. I am 77 years old and have diabetes, but everything is under good control. I recently had a nurse look at the label on these vitamins and she said, "These are really good vitamins." I checked out many different kinds of vitamins before I chose these and I have not been sorry.

I've been taking these (4 to 6 a day) for almost a month and I feel a marked difference. I struggle with low iron and fatigue and since taking these I've noticed I can go to class all day without feeling excessively tired throughout the day. I no longer feel like I'll die if I don't get a nap at 1pm and 5pm everyday. Yes, it is exponentially more expensive than most other vitamins and the recommended serving size is 8 pills a day, but I think it's worth it. I *know* these are helping my body as with other vitamins I had to assume or guess they were. I will definitely be purchasing these again.
