I love these vitamins. After just one week of using them a lot of my gastro issues I had prior have subsided. Prior to using these I would also have a lot of hair in the shower after washing and now I have none. These are the same vitamins my functional medicine doctor had prescribed me and now I can just get then on Amazon.

This is one of the few multiple vitamins that is not overloaded with vitamin D. I get all the vitamin D I need from exposure to sun or the vitamin D type lamp.
