I’m in tears. For years anytime I eat out at a restaurant I get sick, a headache and so lethargic I basically go home and collapse into a nap, or feel like crap the rest of the day. For the first time in as long as I can remember I can eat food again without feeling like death. It took so long to figure out what the problem was and it turns out it was just this simple issue with my bodies reaction to histamine.

I ordered another (cheaper) brand that not only didn’t work but made me extremely nauseous. I like the size of these tablets (easy to swallow) and the amount provided (60). These not only prevented my usual reactions to histamine-rich foods but allowed me to be a little less restricted with my diet. I have found my go-to brand.

When I have this enzyme before a meal I notice that my stomach is noticeably flatter as I am digesting the food. Also, I'm digesting my food better as noted by the output. I have had intestinal surgery and I have no colon so my guts have impaired enzyme production. I have been trying all kinds of enzymes for different foods and this one definitely helps with tomato and pineapple!

I’ve finally found what really works for my digestion. My Dr indicates I’ve got IBS. If an item is high on FODMAP I take XYMOGEN histDAO. Other histDAO brands haven’t worked well for me.

Product is easy to use and works quickly

Seems to be working quite well and therefore my histamine reaction seems to be lessening.

For years I've been unable to eat lots of different foods. Since my doctor recommended HistDAO, I'm finally able to eat foods I love again. This is great!
