A friend recommended this product to me because I have a sleep disorder that causes me to have extreme difficulty with waking up from sleep and staying awake. I was skeptical. However, when I put a few pumps of this under my tongue first thing in the morning, I can literally feel my eyes become less tired and my mind sharpen. I learned that you must try to squirt it directly under your tongue, hold it for about one minute, and then swallow with some sort of beverage because it tastes pretty nasty. The less it touches your tongue, the better! Trust me though, the taste is worth it. My energy from this lasts about 4 hours and there seems to be little to no “crash” afterwords. Highly, highly recommend. This has saved my life.

I take this most mornings right when I wake up. I stopped taking it for my labs just to see if I needed to supplement B vitamins. My levels fell and so did my energy. This is very good quality and works very well.

I have tried dozens and dozens of every kind of vitamin B supplement on the market. And all of those supplements in the thousands of dollars I wasted I never once could tell any difference taking them. But OMG... I feel an incredible difference with this supplement. I also take Adderall for ADHD and narcolepsy this supplement kicks in and helps my energy level to a degree that rivals many medications I’ve taken including Adderall. The way I know it’s working incredibly well is when I do not take B vitamins every day I start to get canker sores on my tongue and terrible dry mouth from the Adderall. Which I had when I started this product I had 2 on my tongue. Within 24 hours they were gone! No BS! My dry mouth is so much better as well. I’m not a big review person but this supplement deserves it. So if anyone reading this is looking for an incredible B vitamin supplement “that actually works” this is it.

I love how it makes me feel. I have taken vitamins for YEARS and I never feel a thing. Well it turns out I have little to no stomach acid so breaking them down is nearly impossible. This however works for me and I look forward to taking it every day because of the energy I feel. I am no longer needing a nap mid day and completely wiped out. Fanfastic product!
